PATIENTS WITH HIGH DEDUCTIBLE AND COINSURANCE PLANS
If you have a high deductible plan or coinsurance, you will be asked to pay a partial deposit of $75.00 prior to services or at the time of service.
WELL WOMEN VISITS
Routine appointments for annual well-women checkups, and pap smears
are generally filled several months in advance; therefore, please try
to anticipate your needs and schedule appropriately.
Routine visits may also require some paperwork prior to your visit,
so please arrive 10-15 minutes early.
In the event of an emergency, after hours or on the weekend please call
the office at (434) 293-9800 and you will be given instructions to call
the answering service. If you feel that your problem is a life threatening
situation, call 911 and proceed to the nearest hospital emergency room
immediately. Instruct them to notify us of your arrival. (If possible
have a family member contact us en route).
If your problem is not severe, call our office at 434-293-9800. If this is
during office hours, our nurses will arrange for an urgent/emergency appointment
or relay your questions to Dr. Wolanski. Routine questions regarding
treatment and medications along with prescription refills are handled during normal
office hours, and are not handled by the physician on emergency duty. After hours
prescription refills may be assessed a fee.
